Singapore trainee’s flexible training journey

Guess which country’s trainee is attending the training course today? The answer is Singapore. We started the learning process by setting up a comprehensive workplace tour so that trainee could completely comprehend and experience our training environment.

In the introduction section of the maintenance course, we elaborated on the course content provided by our company, which included ultrasound, ventilator, flexible endoscope, rigid endoscope, dynamic, cameras, surgical instruments and so on.

When he initially embarked on the training phase, the trainee displayed a strong desire to learn, avidly listening to the lecturer's explanations, persistently asking probing questions, and diligently assimilating knowledge through careful note-taking. By personally disassembling and reassembling a flexible endoscope, the trainee attained a profound comprehension of its internal structure and working principles.

After several days of studying, the trainee not only had a deep understanding of flexible endoscope repair, but also intended to buy a variety of maintenance tools and accessories. Following the course, he will continue to practice to consolidate the knowledge and skills he has learned.
